This fall, as I renewed my real estate license, I found myself reflecting on what seventeen years in this business have meant to me. The answer came easily: I love what I do. Every morning feels full of possibility — whether it’s helping a buyer find just the right home, or working with a seller to plan their next move with confidence and strategy.

Living and working in Austin makes this career especially rewarding. Many of my clients already call my neighborhood of Travis Country home and are looking to transition into a space that better fits their evolving lifestyle. I’ve seen it all —everything from downsizing, upsizing, home office space, mother-in law suite, more green space and everything in between. It’s wonderful to see families grow, needs change, and dreams take shape — all within the same community we love. 

While Travis Country will always be my focus, my work has taken me across Central Texas — from Wimberley to Cedar Park, Buda to Taylor — and each home sale or search brings something new. I learn from every client and every house I walk into. Sometimes it’s discovering a new neighborhood gem, and sometimes it’s simply understanding what makes a house truly feel like home for someone.
