Meet Rosie

Rosie Vanderglas joined Molly Austin Realty in 2022 after retiring from a 30-year career in the retirement planning industry. Her experiences in that industry taught her the importance of building client relationships, commitment, follow through, and hard work. This has ingrained an attention to detail which she has effectively transferred to working with real estate clients. An Austin resident for half her life, she has enjoyed living in this great city and all it has to offer. Rosie and her husband have raised two sons in Southwest Austin.

Rosie realized her passion for real estate after buying an older house in the Travis Country neighborhood and converting it to a modern family home that met all of the desired criteria for their dream home.

This experience of making her own house a dream home sparked her interest in pursuing a career in real estate so Rosie reached out to Molly Austin, who has and continues to be her friend and mentor. Joining Molly Austin Realty has allowed Rosie to develop her creative side by assisting with event planning to build interest in listings and client relations, staging listings beautifully that help the properties sell quickly and most importantly, working with buyers and sellers to dig in and see what their needs are so that she can find them their little slice of heaven to call home in Austin!
